A planning workshop took place in Mavrovo gathering primary care givers, professors, media and NGOs from Lipkovo and Radovish. The main purpose was to  jointly prepare a plan of activities, responsibilities and tasks for the local stakeholders that could assist the further decreasing of the negative impact of the mines on the local population.

The workshop was organized by Macedonian Green Center, Association of woman intellectual “Albanka” from Lipkovo and Center for Local development CELOR from Radovish.

A total of seven plans were prepared for the realization of the activities, targeting: local primary care givers, professors, CSOs, media and general public.

More than 40 people attended the workshop, including mayors, parliament members, professors, doctors, experts, managers from the mines, CSOs and members of the UNDP project team.
