Database of environmental practitioners: Questionaires for individual practitioners and for companies/institutions/organizations developed; Call for expression of interest published in July, applications received (papers and UNDP web site-CEI 40/2008 and CEI 69/2008). By December 2008, 250+ individual experts, 200+ companies/institutions/organizations/NGOs are identified and listed in database. When fully operational and posted on the web, the database will be promoted to the professional and general public.

Currently, the questionnaire for database of practitioners and professional opinion poll have been communicated to 500+ practitioners and entities, and have created stakeholder cross-communication and discussion regarding the national environmental professional market, legislation and organizational setup.

Market Survey Draft Report submitted on 09.12.2008, with overview of current national legislation, systematized list of all available practitioners, methodology of market analysis. Final report expected by the end of December 2008. The report is expected to identify market deficiencies and needs and propose measures for its strengtheneing. Proposed measures are to be addressed in 2009 by the Project in conjuction with national project partners.
